Terms and Conditions

We provide washer and dryer rentals with 12 month, 6 month, and month to month contracts.

Delivery (within 20 miles), installation, and testing are free with contract.

Rental equipment is not new.
Equipment is guaranteed to be clean and functional on delivery.
Service calls for unit failures not caused by customer are free with contract.
If a unit cannot be fixed on site, it will be replaced.
Service calls are rare, but may take 2-3 days to get on site.
Varied brand units are used based on availability.

Contract End and Cancellation Policy

At the end of a contract term, though function is guaranteed, the interior/exterior condition of the units will be assessed for damage.

This includes but not limited to dents, scrapes, missing paint, broken hinges, broken dials, and broken buttons.

In the event of a contract end or cancellation, the equipment will be scheduled for pickup within 7 days.
If a contract cancellation is requested by the customer, half of the remaining contract balance is the buy-out cost.
Our rental equipment is not to be moved from the address of original installation.
The signer of the rental agreement must be the primary resident of the address of installation
